How do I view PDF files?

Lane Regional Information Center files that are available for download will be in Adobe PDF format, which allows users of any browser and any operating system to view and print files. PDF files require Acrobat Reader. Download Reader by clicking the previous link or the "Get Acrobat Reader" image.

How can I find a specific product?

The Lane Regional Information Center offers a quick search feature on the left-hand side of each page that allows a simple keyword search for entered words. An advanced search is also available, that allows searches based on product name, type and/or sub-type.

Who can I contact if I have questions or problems?

Telephone assistance is available on weekdays (excluding major holidays) at (541) 682-4467, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Assistance is also available via e-mail.

Where do I pick up items that I have chosen not to ship?

Products can be picked up at the front desk of the Lane Council of Governments office on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. The office is located on the fourth floor of the Wells Fargo Building at 99 East Broadway in downtown Eugene. A map can be found on the LCOG website.
