Custom maps can be created to your specifications, using spatial data such as tax lots, land use, ownership, site address, zoning, urban growth boundary, city limits, topography, aerial photography (where available), and others. Reports can be created on a wide variety of data and geographic areas. Real Estate Data Analysis

Property Data
Based on your criteria, listings of property data can be created for any area of Lane County. For example, a listing could contain information on all single family homes of a certain age and size within a particular city in Lane County. Sales Data
Reports can be created of all properties sold within your specified time frame, price range, geographic area or other criteria. Industrial and Commercial Property Data
Staff can gather information regarding commercial and industrial properties including development constraints, infrastructure, traffic counts and other amenities. Demographic Analysis

Business and Economic Development Analysis

Targeted Mailing Support
Mailing lists or labels for site addresses in Lane County or for owners of Lane County properties, can be created to your specifications.
